Shipping Policy

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to disrupt the supply chain network, we’re doing everything within our power to ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible. However, despite our best efforts, shipping and delivery times may change unexpectedly–please check Order Status for the most current estimate of shipping time. We are committed to providing you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, meanwhile ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

SHIPPING

Normally orders will ship within 2-3 business days of processing payment, unless particularly noted elsewhere on the website, at the time order is placed, or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed.  Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

USA Customers 20 – 30 Business Days Delivery

Rest Of World Customers 25-40 Business Days Delivery

We currently support shipments to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

VERIFICATION

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the orders will not be canceled during this period, considering the handling process already started, but we will try our best to communicate with you via email or phone to find an good solution.

PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone timely.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
We ship daily from Monday to Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed after 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will start to be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.

We have received and fulfilled orders from over countries across all the different continents. Outside the United States, customs can hold up a package for a number of days, because we work with reliable couriers, this rarely happens and if it does it will be handled efficiently.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

skycybers.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
